Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was perfect for a quiet stay with big comfortable beds and a beautiful sea view. We enjoyed peaceful nights and even had fun joining in on some Karaoke entertainment. However, the room was tiny, and the TV was so small it was hard to see.
The hotel has a convenient location not far from the North pier and literally next to the bus station with free off-road parking throughout our stay. The rooms, although needing updating and with limited drink choices at the bar, were clean but a bit 'tired' and cold. The service, despite being welcoming and accommodating initially, lacked follow-up communication after promises. The dining experience was subpar with cold toast, hard margarine, and a disappointing breakfast refusal. The location, while friendly and allowing early check-ins, had unexpected fees for parking despite advertised free parking.
